Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Leastslow, 1765 Greensboro Station Place 9th Floor, Tower 1, Mclean, VA, 22102 ("Leastslow", "we", "us"). They apply whenever you use our website, our dashboard or our proxies (together, the "service"). By creating an account or buying a package you accept them. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you are allowed to.
1. The service
We rent out static residential proxies: IP addresses announced by a consumer internet provider and reachable over HTTP and SOCKS5 through our gateways. Proxies are sold in packages of one or more IPs, for a fixed period that can be renewed.
You get the right to route your traffic through the IPs in your package for as long as the package is active. You do not acquire the IP addresses themselves, they remain ours or our providers'. If an IP becomes unusable for reasons outside your control, we may replace it with an equivalent one.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- The details you give us must be accurate, and your email address must be one you can receive mail at. We ask you to verify it.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account and with your proxy credentials and allowlists. Keep them private and tell us right away if you think someone else has access.
- One person or company per account. Accounts cannot be sold or transferred.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the traffic you send through our proxies. You must not use them to:
- break any law or regulation that applies to you, to us or to the destination you reach;
- attack, overload or break into systems, including denial of service, scanning for vulnerabilities, brute forcing and credential stuffing;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or run phishing and other scams;
- commit fraud, including payment fraud, ad fraud and identity theft;
- distribute malware, or content that sexually exploits minors;
- harass, threaten or stalk anyone, or infringe someone else's rights;
- interfere with our network or with other customers, or try to get around the limits of your package.
We may block access to particular destinations or kinds of traffic to protect our network, our IP addresses and our providers. If we receive a credible abuse report about your traffic, we may ask you for an explanation, and we may suspend the proxies involved while we look into it.
4. Orders, prices and payment
- Prices are listed in euro per IP, per month. The price per IP depends on the size of the order and applies to every IP in it. Taxes are added where they apply.
- You can pay by card through Stripe or with cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. We never see or store your full card number.
- Proxies are delivered once your payment has been confirmed. A payment that is incomplete, late or not confirmed does not start or extend a package, and any network fees or exchange rate differences are yours to cover.
- Discount codes apply only to the products and period they were issued for.
5. Renewals and cancellation
Paying by card
A package paid by card is a subscription. It renews automatically every month, and your card is charged the then current price for it, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancelling turns off automatic renewal: the package stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and access to its proxies ends then. Until that date you can turn automatic renewal back on.
Paying with crypto
A package paid with crypto does not renew by itself. You extend it one month at a time by paying a new invoice from the dashboard. If you don't, it expires at the end of the paid period.
When a package ends
When a package expires or is terminated, its proxies stop working and its IP addresses go back to our pool. We cannot promise that the same addresses will be available if you order again later.
6. Refunds
Proxies are delivered the moment you pay, so by ordering you ask us to start the service right away. For that reason payments are not refundable once a package has been delivered, and cancelling does not refund the remainder of a period. This does not limit any refund the law entitles you to.
If the proxies we delivered don't work as described and we can't fix or replace them within a reasonable time after you tell us, we will refund the affected IPs for the period they were unusable. Write to us at support@leastslow.com.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If something is wrong with a charge, contact us first. We can usually sort it out faster than a bank can.
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer or payment provider, we may suspend the packages it relates to, and where we consider it necessary your whole account, for as long as the dispute is open. If it is resolved in our favour or withdrawn, we will restore what was suspended. If it is not, the packages are terminated.
We may provide the information needed to contest a dispute to the payment provider and the bank involved. Unfounded or repeated disputes, and payments made with payment details you are not authorised to use, may lead to the closure of your account.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling your packages, and you can ask us to close your account by writing to us.
We may suspend or terminate a package or your account, with or without notice, if:
- you break these terms, in particular the acceptable use rules;
- a payment fails, is reversed or is disputed;
- we have good reason to suspect fraud or a compromised account;
- we are required to by law, by a court or by an authority;
- continuing would put our network, our IP addresses or other customers at risk.
Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put things right first. If we terminate for a breach of these terms, you are not entitled to a refund. If we stop offering the service altogether, we will refund the unused part of the periods you have paid for.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service fast and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that a given website will accept traffic from our IPs. Maintenance, outages at our providers and events beyond our control can cause downtime.
We may change the service, add or retire features, and change our prices. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for. For subscriptions, we will tell you by email before a new price applies to a renewal, so you can cancel first.
10. Our content and yours
The website, the dashboard, our software and our brand belong to us. You may use them only as needed to use the service. We do not claim any rights over the traffic you send through our proxies.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use the service at your own risk and are responsible for making sure your use of it is lawful where you are and where your traffic goes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of business, however they arise. Our total liability for all claims connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used the service or because you broke these terms, you will cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur as a result.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make a change that matters, we will post the new version here with a new date and tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, cancel before they take effect.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of United States. Disputes go to the courts of United States, unless consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
